Shipping Policy

1.Shipping Policy. 

We display the estimated shipping time on each product page.Our bags are made to order only; therefore, we create them only after your order is confirmed.

The manufacturing time is typically between 2 and 4 weeks. (It may take longer during some exceptional peak seasons.)

Once we receive your order, we will send you the most accurate manufacturing time for your item.

The shipping time is reserved on the first pickup date after the manufacturing process is complete.

Below you will find more information about the shipping process and how long after shipping you should expect delivery.

2. Free Shipping.

Artiano Handmade offers free standard delivery on orders over €350. Please note that free shipping will be applied to your order at checkout.

3. Shipping Cost.

Delivery times are provided as a guide only. Please note that deliveries to rural addresses may take longer.

4. Taxes and duties.

Product prices are expressed in euros, inclusive of taxes but excluding customs duties. For orders outside the EU, customs duties will be borne by the customer.

For orders outside the EU:

All applicable duties will be borne by the customer. Unfortunately, we cannot estimate the amount of duties you will pay, but your local customs office should be able to estimate the price.

Artiano Handmade cannot be held responsible for any actions and/or costs and/or taxes and/or delays due to customs over which it has no control.

5.Important information.

Delivery times are provided as an estimate only and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability and/or customs delays. We cannot deliver to PO boxes. All orders are fully trackable via UPS or DHL.
