We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Returns and refunds

  1. Returns.

    We understand that sometimes returns are necessary, so we have a complete returns process ready to solve any problem you may have.

    We will do our best to ensure that each order is shipped within the indicated times.
    However, shipping and handling may take longer in some cases, so we will not issue refunds based solely on a longer than expected delivery date. We do everything we can to pack our products safely and correctly to avoid damage during shipping.

    All returned products must be in their original packaging and condition, unused, 100% complete and contain all original packaging materials. Use protective outer packaging if necessary.
    Please note that returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving the item We are not responsible for any problems communicated after this 14 day period.
    Please avoid damage to the goods. If you no longer have the original packaging, use suitable packaging that offers adequate protection against any damage due to transport.
    If, for any reason, an item is returned to us, we will return it to the list without refund, unless the buyer requests a new shipment at his own expense.

    Note:

    You will only be refunded after receiving and verifying the product.
    Refunds may take 14 days to process.
    Artiano Handmade is not responsible for the transit times of the service. Transit times are provided by the courier, excluding weekends and holidays and may vary depending on the destination of the package, particularly during peak periods.

    1.1 Items that cannot be returned

    Unfortunately, some items are not cancelable or refundable:

    - Specially created pieces when you place an order, such as bags

    - Anything made to your specific needs, is customized or otherwise cannot be resold due to a custom made item;

  2. Shipping and handling charges.
    Please note that all return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
    The buyer is responsible for initial delivery and return shipping costs. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

  3. Damaged, missing or unclaimed items.

    If an order arrives damaged or missing, please contact us and keep all materials and packaging. We may need additional information or photos to make a complaint and, in some cases, the courier may come to retrieve the package to proceed with a complaint.

    Every order is packaged with care. Artiano Handmade will not be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. If such a case occurs, we will do our best to assist in resolving the issue and will share and provide as much information as possible so that you can lodge a complaint with the courier.

  4. Cancellation of orders.

    Artiano Handmade reserves the right to cancel an order if the buyer presents a reputation that presents risks.

  5. Right of withdrawal.

    To exercise the right of withdrawal according to the return conditions above, you must inform us of your decision to cancel an order via a clear statement via email to  artianohm.social@gmail.com
    To respect the cancellation deadline , it is sufficient for you to send the communication relating to the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

  6. Effects of cancellation


    If you cancel an order we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except additional costs arising if you choose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us ) without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after the day on which we are informed of your decision to cancel an order.

    We will make the refund using the same payment method used for the initial transaction.
    We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods.
    You must send the goods back to us or deliver them to us without undue delay and in any case within fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the 14-day period expires. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

    You are only responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling of the goods other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
